Canadian Chicken: It’s All About the Love Contest

I love to create dishes with chicken almost as much as I love to brag about Ottawa. The Chicken Farmers of Canada are running a contest to help you win a trip for 4 to Ottawa for Canada Day. Canada Day in Ottawa is a rite of passage for every Canadian, it is just something you must do at least once in your life

All you need to do to be entered is write up to 100 words on why you love Canadian Chicken, that is it, 100 small words. Each Canada Day, Canadian Chicken hosts a party on Capitol Hill in Ottawa and the chicken is unbelievable. Click here to enter the contest.

Here is what you can win:

First Prize : a trip for 4 to Ottawa and accommodations at the Westin from June 30-July 2nd, 2013, plus $500 donation to the food bank of your choice.

Second Prize: Sponsor swag and $250 donation to the food bank of your choice.

Third Prize: Sponsor swag and $100 donation to the food bank of your choice.

You have to admit winning is cool. But winning and being able to help your community at the same time, I think that is a little bit of good karma added to this contest.
